  • On 1 August 2025, AU published the first CUET UG cutoff list, beginning with B.Com (Hons), BCA, and Integrated IPM/BBA‑MBA programs. For example, general category cutoff marks are approximately:

    • BCA: CUET 456.4+

    • Integrated IPM: CUET 508+ for UR category .

Candidates allotted seats must report in person by 3 August to confirm admission. Those aiming for higher rounds can upgrade preference via samarth.ac.in portal during counselling.

  • BA: ~460+

  • BSc Biology: ~460–780+

  • BSc Maths: ~440–550+

Counselling update: AU ended CUET counselling registration on 26 July, with correction window on 27 July. The first merit list and complete schedule is imminent, expected in early August 


New Integrated BA–BEd ITEP Program Launch

In a notable development, AU is introducing a four-year integrated BA–BEd course (ITEP) starting this session. As per NEP 2030, BEd becomes the minimum qualification for school teachers. AU’s 8-semester curriculum, approved for 50 students by NCERT, enables students to become eligible as Postgraduate Teachers (PGTs) and pursue MA or MEd within one additional year .
